SUGGESTIONS FOR THE WELL BEING OF ALL ASSOCIATION MEMBERS
1. No members should monopolise any particular part of a pool when
others are waiting to fish. The person already fishing should move
steadily downstream in order to allow others to follow on.
2. No members should commence fishing immediately below a person who is already fishing and who is moving downstream. A distance of fifty yards below one who is already fishing is suggested as a fair starting point.
3. The advantage to everybody of moving quietly especially on gravel-beds and stoney approaches cannot be over-emphasised.
4. In the interests of the farmers, through
whose land our waters run, members are requested not to bring dogs
with them.
