Membership
Memberships are available at the moment
A person must reside within 4 (four) miles radially from Cark Station to comply with the rule No.3 of the Club. This generally takes in Flookburgh, Ravenstown, Cark, Cartmel, Allithwaite, Grange-over-Sands and out to Lindale. Members are allowed 2 guest tickets per season for a reasonable donation to the Club stocking fund, there are no out of area permits or day permits.
Types of Membership
Full Member - £20.00
Junior Member - £10 (Aged between 12 and 16 years)
Children under the age of 12 years are free under rule 18 of the Club namely:-
Any FULL member of the Club can take
up to TWO children fishing on Club leased water with a view to teach
and encourage
legitimate angling, free of charge, under the following conditions.
a.) The children must be under 12 years of age, i.e. do not require
a license to fish.
b.) Fishing to be limited to one extra rod, the second rod being that
of the full member.
c.) All fish caught must be released, and fishing conducted using
barbless hooks according to Rule 14
d.) Out of courtesy please give way to any club member wishing to
fish.
e.) Any member wishing to make use of this facility must obtain an
annual permission to fish ticket for each child available from the
Secretary.
